No, we currently don't have a store. You can buy the products online through our shop. Moreover we plan to work with several retail partners soon to make our pieces available offline, too.

Every piece except for our tray is produced on demand, avoiding overproduction and resource waste. Please allow between six and eight weeks for your order to be produced, packed and shipped. All shipments within Germany are sent with DHL GoGreen, in our commitment to carbon-neutral shipping.

We ship to most countries across Europe. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us so we can do our best to arrange the shipping for you.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of 11,99 € for the tray and 48,49 € for the shelf or the table. A flat rate of 16,99 € for the tray and 65,99 € for the shelf or the table applies for shipping to Switzerland and Great Britain. We ship all orders from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU. However, outside the EU these may occur. Please note that there are different regulations on customs or import sales tax depending on the country. 100% of these fees go to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be borne by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return by DHL.

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns that meet our return policy. Moreover we only refund regular price items.
